I’m a hypnotherapist and wellness practitioner based in Stockholm, working with clients worldwide through online and in-person sessions.
I believe that healing isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about understanding yourself more deeply, letting go of what no longer serves you, and creating space for the life you want to live.

What Is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses guided meditation to help people heal both physically and emotionally. It engages your mind at a deep, subconscious level, using the power of suggestion to identify and release negative patterns. While mindfulness-based therapies concentrate on awareness and acceptance of present thoughts and feelings, hypnotherapy actively seeks to reframe and influence the subconscious to adopt new, healthier patterns.

Depending on your goals and preferences, a session may include ego-state work, age regression imagery, the basement visualization technique, or other guided imagery. Regression and spiritual imagery are offered as optional reflective exercises and are not treated as factual memory recovery.

Frequently asked questions
Will I be unconscious or lose control during hypnosis?
People generally remain aware of their surroundings and can communicate or stop the session at any point. Hypnotherapy is collaborative; you do not hand over control.
What happens in the first session?
The first session begins with an in-depth interview about your concerns and goals. It then moves into guided progressive relaxation, focused imagery or suggestions, positive reinforcement and a closing review. A session is booked for a minimum of 120 minutes.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions varies according to your goals, the areas you want to explore and how the work develops. Some clients choose a multi-session journey across 4 to 7 weeks, while others choose a different pace. Progress and next steps are reviewed with you.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. Online sessions are available worldwide by video call. You will need a quiet, private setting, a stable internet connection and headphones.
What can hypnotherapy help with?
Sessions may explore limiting beliefs, recurring thought patterns, self-worth, relationship patterns or blockages, inner-child themes, emotional triggers, boundaries, decision-making and goals for personal change. Is hypnotherapy safe?
Sessions are based on consent, and you can pause or stop at any time. Hypnotherapy does not replace medical, psychiatric or emergency care; speak with an appropriate healthcare professional if you are unsure whether it is suitable for you.
What are your fees?
Rates are ₹2,555/hour (India), 555 SEK/hour (Sweden), $111/hour (USA) and £88/hour (UK). Sessions are booked for a minimum of 120 minutes.
